Great location for staying just outside New Orleans. There is shopping and fast food nearby. The pool was really fun, the workout room was spacious and clean and the rooms were clean and updated. The hotel seems pretty new so everything is pretty clean. The breakfast wasn’t very good. There weren’t many options and things kept running out, like milk, etc. there were no waffles or fruit. The staff was efficient but not friendly. We used the lobby to play games and asked if they could change the channel but she said she couldn’t and the she kept coming over to watch it. All of the other Marriott’s we stayed in would change it for us.

My job booked a stay here for me in late November while doing some training, super awesome experience. Whole hotel was clean, spacious and relaxing. My room was beyond what I'd expect. Mel deserves a raise! From the moment I walked in I felt at home. She made me feel like we knew each other from her vibe. I was ashamed to admit I didn't remember her, until i realized she's just being nice lol.

Hotel is about 25-30 min away from N.O. had already planned for that. Dining in Laplace is relatively close proximity to hotel tho. All your favorite fast food chains. The only drawback for me was the breakfast. I wasn't blown away to say the least. I would rather a cooked breakfast over microwavable sausage biscuits any day..there was this one front desk clerk tho who seem to get irritated when I had a question about my receipt upon checkout. Very clean quiet place tho

I was on the 4th floor room 410 check in was swift and great however once I checked in the room there was a foul odors upon entering it was very cold.. so I turned the air off and took a shower when I got out the shower the odor I smelled I realized was Mildew... It was very loud... Unbearable.... I contacted the front desk told her and before I could get dressed she was there when she opened the door she said she said smelled it and immediately moved to another room!! Excellent customer service and was very swift!! Besides that me room overall very nice the ladies at the desk was always helpful and nice... I would stay again

Clean! Very friendly staff, reasonable and good service. Enjoyed our one night and will stay again when we visit our family. Recommend!!

The hotel was nice & clean. Bathroom was spacious. I would love to give it 5 stars & the reason why is because the housekeeper banged on the door like the police @ 8:30 am woke me up & when I opened the door she said I was just trying to see was the room occupied? I couldn’t go back to sleep & my whole day was ruined.
